A: A colleague of mine previously used IMS' services. Now that I will be traveling to the U.S. myself and your company is trusted by my company's overseas business trip processing staff, I requested IMS to assist with my application.
Q: What did you think of our services, and which part did you appreciate most?

1. IMS prepared a list of documents required for visa application, including the DS-160 form, then checked the documents, responded to any unclear points, and responded politely or quickly.
2. I felt very encouraged by the guidance before the embassy interview, and my contact person was very attentive and helpful in providing me with precautions and practice for the interview. I didn't mention it at the time, but it would be better if there was an option to receive the guidance on the web as well.
3. Only one thing, we would be more helpful if the updated information on the Embassy interview precautions (such as the old rule of not bringing a large bag; when I went to the interview, I was allowed to bring one) could be reflected on the written form.
