A: I had trouble getting my ESTA approved, so I searched the internet for a way to deal with it and found IMS's site. I contacted them by email and also by phone, and they were very helpful and gave me a sense of security.
I had talked with other companies, and while some of them were cheaper, I was not sure if I could trust them or not. I was very relieved when I happened to see on the University of Tokyo's website that your company was also handling the visa applications for UoT international students.
Q: What did you think of our services, and which part did you appreciate most?
A: Whenever I called, my case manager was always available, and I appreciated the fact that she seemed to be in charge of my application within the company. I had very little time and was in a lot of trouble, but she gave me a lot of advice and helped me make an appointment for an interview ahead of time, which really helped me get my visa without problems.
