The following are the eight most common cases.
- failure to pay or delinquency in payment of pension or social insurance premiums
- applying for a dependent family member who does not live in Japan in order to evade taxes. 3.
- have been abroad on business or stationed in Japan for a long period of time.
- has had the 10-year count reset in the past due to a change of visa status to a temporary visitor visa, etc.
- low annual household income
- worked more than 28 hours per week while an international student
- frequent violations of traffic rules.
- poor writing skills in Japanese and insufficient substantiation.
